The full contents workflow
One accountable team across everything the contents side of a claim requires.
Our Process
Step by Step
Assignment & onsite estimate
Your PM meets the insured, scopes the work, and documents the situation with photos before anything moves.
Emergency
pack-out
Contents are removed carefully and to the work scope, then padded, wrapped, and protected for transport.
Inventory & documentation
Every item is photographed, itemized, and tagged. Non-restorable items are listed and processed for reporting. More on our documentation standards here
Processing
Electronics testing, professional cleaning, and restoration coordination, all handled before items go to storage.
Secure storage
Contents are held in climate-controlled, inventory-linked storage, with access by appointment.
Documented return & set-up
When the rebuild is ready, contents are packed back, delivered, and set up, with completion documented.

You’re updated as the claim moves.
At each key stage, your PM keeps you posted, so the claim never goes quiet and nobody has to chase a status. The updates are proactive and plain, and the coordination behind them stays out of your way.
Built for CAT response.
CAT events are where contents vendors get tested. When a storm, flood, or wildfire pushes claim volumes up, we’re structured to respond, with the people, fleet, and vault capacity to absorb surge demand and handle large-scale contents losses without letting documentation standards slip.
