Your belongings are in good hands.

An insurance claim is stressful. Our job is to make the contents part simple: the packing, the storage, and the safe return of your things, handled with care.

What happens to your contents

Here’s what to expect.

Your project manager is your single point of contact throughout. Here’s the simple version of what happens:

  1. We photograph and inventory everything before it moves.

  2. We pack and protect your belongings with care.

  3. We store them securely in climate-controlled storage.

  4. We return and set up your contents when your home is ready.

Keep these with you

Some things should stay with you during your claim. When in doubt, keep it out.

  • Identification & important documents

  • Medications

  • Jewelry & cash

  • Daily-use electronics

  • Chargers & personal essentials

Items we can’t store

For safety, a few things can’t go into storage. Please let your PM know if any are present.

  • Food & perishables

  • Flammable materials

  • Liquids

  • Firearms & ammunition

  • Live plants

  • Pets & animals

Storage, access & return

Where your things are, and how to reach them.

Your contents are kept in secure, monitored storage. If you need something during your claim, access is arranged by appointment. Retrieval can take a little handling time, so it helps to set aside essential items before pack-out. When your home is ready, your PM coordinates the return and set-up.

Your PM is your point of contact

One person to call.

Throughout your claim, your project manager is your main contact. If you have a question about your belongings, they’re who to ask. No call centre, no being passed around.

Peace of mind close

Delivering peace of mind.

We handle each item as if it were our own.
If we’ve taken care of you well, a quick review helps other homeowners feel confident during a difficult time.
